The HAT at East Village is a rental tower at 611 7 Avenue SE, close to the Bow River pathways and downtown.
Onsite staff and leasing agents are in the building 7 days a week, and onsite maintenance handles daily requests. The three high-speed elevators have enhanced camera security and fob access restricted by floor.
Choose from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, with a rooftop patio, a second floor amenity room and a main floor gym inside the building.
