One Space Many Possibilities

The Communal Amenity room at The Hat is perfect for social events and gatherings. It has a big-screen TV, a dining area with ample seating, and a great place to plan your party. It also happens to be the perfect hang-out place for our residents to catch a game together and enjoy the evening.

No Time Restrictions

We offer our residents the use of the Community Amenity Room for parties. No time limit applies, but noise must be kept within the city’s permitted Community Standards. This room is in high demand at Christmas, New Year’s, and other holidays. To allow others to enjoy it, too, residents are asked to limit their reservation time to four hours.

Chef’s Kitchen 

Our communal amenity room offers an ideal space to cook delicious meals with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide variety of cooking options.

Rooftop Patio

Our communal amenity room comes with the option of using the Communal rooftop patio. The area includes a fireplace, barbecue pit, and sundeck. Residents really enjoy this spot during all seasons of the year.

It’s Free

The communal amenity room at Hat is free of charge, but residents are required to leave a security deposit of $250. The deposit will be returned when you move out as long as the room has been kept in good condition.
